Gemma – Colour Master/Hair Loss Specialist

Meet Gemma! Gemma has been hairdressing for 6 years! She started with Lisa at the salon as a Saturday girl when she was 14! She is one of our colour masters who completed a course to become one of our Redken Certified Hair colourists. She loves creating a good transformation either with extensions or vibrant colour! She offers nano extensions and is now trained in mesh integration to help clients suffering from thinning hair or hair loss.

Favourite TIGI product:

I love oh bee hive because it gives the perfect grip to the hair when using for occasion hair. Its my go to product it’s a firm favourite in the salon. And it smells amazing!!

What service do you enjoy doing the most?

it has to be hair ups just because it shows off my creative side and I like being able to think and put my imagination into something. I enjoy seeing a picture or somebody’s hair on the tele or in a magazine and figuring out the best way to recreate it.

What product couldn’t you live without?

it would have to be headrush because it makes your hair so shiny and makes your hair look really healthy too. Its great at smoothing down any flyaway pieces to give you a more polished finish

What do you like most about working in the salon?

I love the welcoming and friendly environment and how everyone all gets on to make a lovely atmosphere for clients to come into

Hobbies?

I enjoy seeing friends and family with my time off, I’m always grabbing them and practising hair on them. My mum and sister have been my guinea pigs throughout my training. I enjoy shopping and buying new things and I love getting my nails done.

Favourite meal?

Definitely chicken fajitas!! That’s a firm favourite, well just chicken in general!
